A Remote Healthcare job allows medical professionals to provide patient care, consultation, and support from a remote location using telecommunication technologies. These roles can include telemedicine physicians, remote nurses, medical coders, and healthcare administrators. Responsibilities vary but often involve virtual consultations, monitoring patient data, and coordinating care. Remote healthcare jobs improve access to medical services, especially for patients in rural or underserved areas. Employers may require specific certifications and experience depending on the role.

In a remote healthcare role, you can expect to conduct virtual appointments, assess patient needs, document medical records electronically, and coordinate care with other providers. You may also perform follow-up calls, provide patient education, and triage patient concerns using secure telehealth systems. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is common, typically via messaging or video conferences. Responsibilities can vary by specialty, but most remote healthcare professionals balance clinical care with administrative duties while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

Job description

Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (Nursing & Allied Health)
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones)
Compensation: $55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
Our client is experiencing a massive surge in demand and is seeking remote Healthcare Recruiters to manage a high volume of local contract orders. Currently, their pipeline is a diverse 50/50 split between Registered Nurses (RNs) and Allied Health professionals (LPNs, RRTs, etc.). This is not a "cold start" role. You will be joining an established, high-performing team with a large volume of active orders ready to be filled. We need recruiters who are comfortable toggling between high-level clinical roles and specialized allied health positions without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Execution: Source, screen, and submit candidates for local contracts, maintaining a 50/50 balance between Nursing and Allied Health desks.
  • Specialized Sourcing: Proactively identify RNs, LPNs, and Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) using advanced Boolean strings, social sourcing, and referral networks.
  • Urgency & Compliance: Move candidates through the pipeline with extreme urgency while ensuring all credentialing and compliance standards for healthcare contractors are met.
  • Client Interface: Partner directly with our established client base to understand specific unit needs and local market trends.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Operate effectively within Eastern or Central time zones to ensure seamless communication with our primary markets and candidates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience within an agency setting.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with the differences in scope and licensing for RNs vs. LPNs and Allied Health specialties (specifically RRTs).
  • Agency Background: Ideally, coming from a smaller firm where you managed direct client relationships and have a "hands-on" approach to the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Remote Proficiency: Disciplined, self-motivated, and tech-savvy enough to thrive in a 100% remote environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust quickly with healthcare professionals who are often on the move.
Why Join Our Team?
  • Instant Momentum: We have more orders than we can currently service—your earning potential is limited only by your speed.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of "hungry," seasoned recruiters in a culture that celebrates wins and shares best practices.
  • Work-Life Flexibility: 100% remote role designed for professionals who value autonomy and results.
