• Deliver effective mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking strategies for stress reduction and overall well-being.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and aspirations, customizing mindfulness practices to meet their unique needs.
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques that promote self-awareness and emotional balance.
• Facilitate interactive group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.
• Integrate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, addressing clients' mental health concerns while supporting their journey towards personal growth.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to form a comprehensive treatment plan that includes mindfulness interventions.
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed documentation of each client's progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen expertise in MBSR and mindfulness methodologies.

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds, seeking refuge from stressors such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in addressing the unique needs of individuals striving for emotional stability and coping strategies that empower them to overcome their obstacles. Through a compassionate and client-centered approach, you will help clients navigate their journeys toward recovery.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate mindfulness techniques into therapeutic practice.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to create a calming and nurturing therapeutic environment for clients.

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

This role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
