• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on fostering emotional and psychological growth.
• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of clients to identify their needs and create effective treatment strategies.
• Developing personalized and adaptable treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting as required to ensure client success.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals in a team-based approach to enhance the overall treatment plan for each client.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults struggling with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex psychosocial issues. Your expertise will allow you to engage with individuals and families from various backgrounds, recognizing and respecting cultural differences to deliver effective treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Current, active license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Experience working with clients who have substance abuse challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of crafting effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
