Job description

) We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our growing telehealth team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health care to geriatric patients through secure, virtual visits.
You'll work with older adults who may be facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, cognitive changes, or adjustment to chronic illness-helping them find stability, meaning, and connection from the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth to older adult clients
