Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with clients, typically lasting 45 minutes each, utilizing video conferencing tools.
  • Focus on solution-based therapeutic methodologies to address clients' issues, such as depression, anxiety, weight management, and relationship challenges.
  • Manage your caseload and schedule efficiently, ranging from 5 to 40+ hours weekly according to your availability and preferences.
  • Participate in initial assessments to understand client demographics and preferences, helping to tailor individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within the telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with the minimal administrative requirements for client management.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals for case consultations, sharing insights to enhance treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The majority of clients you will work with are younger women under the age of 35, dealing with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and personal relationship issues. Clients are typically looking for actionable steps to improve their mental well-being, and your expertise in these areas will be crucial.

Qualifications
  • Valid LPCC license in California is a must.
