Summary
Akins Health Care Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Healthcare Grant 
Writer & Contract Negotiator to support a partnership involving 22 
outpatient clinics. This is a commission-based role for someone skilled in 
securing funding and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grant Acquisition: Identify, research, and write grant proposals (federal, 
state, private) to fund clinical initiatives and staffing expansions.
• Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate service contracts and vendor 
agreements for sustainable growth across the clinic network.
• Strategic Partnerships: Work with executive leadership to align funding 
with innovative healthcare solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in grant writing and/or contract law within healthcare.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex legal/financial 
terms.
• Knowledge of outpatient clinic operations and healthcare staffing.
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven 
environment.
