Telehealth Clinician, Remote Full Time Position
Solero Behavioral Transitions of Columbus is currently recruiting a licensed clinician for a Full Time Telehealth position. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Ohio. The Clinician will run groups with corresponding documentation.
Licensure: LPC or LSW required
Shift: Full Time, either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Estimated Pay Rate: $65k-70k/annually
Solero Behavioral Transitions
We provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with severe mental illness. Our program offers comprehensive care, including individual and group therapy sessions, case management services and life skills training. A mental health residential facility is a place where people receive intensive, specialized care for mental health and or substance abuse issues in a non-hospital setting. Residents receive 24-hour supervision, treatment, and support from mental health experts. The environment is homelike and supportive, and residents participate in therapeutic activities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ability to make safe judgment calls in client care
  • Demonstration of group facilitation skills, knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatments.
  • An understanding of the 12-step recovery process preferred.
  • Ability to lead groups.
  • Ability to conduct counseling one on one with clients.

Education
  • Graduate from an accredited program or hold relevant state licensure.
  • Licensed Therapist, Clinician, Counselor.
  • Bachelors, or Master's Degree.

License
  • LPC or LSW Required.
