Location: ย This is a remote-based role that requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed.

The Opportunity

Praxis Precision Medicines is entering a pivotal moment as we prepare for commercialization, and how we build and scale capability across the organization will directly impact our success.ย  We are seeking a high-impact Regional Business Director to lead field execution and drive commercial performance across a defined geography. This leader will be responsible for managing and developing a team of field professionals while ensuring alignment with enterprise commercial strategy.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will play a critical role in delivering successful product launches, driving customer engagement, and building a high-performing regional organization.

Whatย You'llย Doย 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of fieldย salesย professionals to achieve and exceed commercialย objectives.ย 
  • Drive execution of a unified commercial strategy across the region in alignment with enterprise priorities.ย 
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access to deliver coordinated customer engagement.ย 
  • Support field readiness and execution across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.ย 
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the capabilities, tools, and behaviorsย requiredย for successful product launches.ย 
  • Drive performance through clear goal setting, KPI tracking, and ongoing coaching.ย 
  • Provide insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.ย 
  • Build a strong, accountable, and high-performanceย teamย culture.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.ย 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales and/or strategic account management leadership within CNS or specialty pharmaceutical environments.ย 
  • Demonstrated direct people management experience.ย 
  • Recent national and regional awards recognizing top performance.ย 
  • Evidence of consistent overachievement against commercial targets.ย 
  • Proven CNS or specialty product launch experience, including participation in a full commercial launch cycle from pre-launch through post-launch execution.ย 
  • Experienceย operatingย in agile, fast-moving organizations; biotech or emerging pharma preferred.ย 
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-expectation, scaling environments.ย
