Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans for clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for open communication and healing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies that address holistic patient needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a professional counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for clinical practice.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
