This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to conduct virtual therapy sessions and engage with clients across California from a location of their choice. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and circumstances of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, using techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies to foster client progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest therapeutic practices and advancements in the field to continually enhance the quality of care provided.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans effectively using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures we serve clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that addresses their specific needs and experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, emphasizing direct client care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client tracking.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competency in therapy.
• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is a plus, demonstrating comfort and effectiveness in virtual counseling settings.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
