• Provide individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring an ethical and empathetic therapeutic space.
• Utilize a variety of solution-focused treatment modalities to deliver effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that inclusively address clients’ specific mental health challenges and aspirations.
• Facilitate client self-exploration, helping them gain insights into their feelings, thought patterns, and relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Ability to practice independently without clinical supervision, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to adapt to new counseling tools and platforms.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience working with clients facing a range of mental health issues is advantageous.
