This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to work from their home offices. Our telehealth facility provides a seamless virtual experience for both our counselors and clients, ensuring that high-quality care is accessible regardless of location. Counselors engage through a user-friendly digital platform that supports secure video conferencing and client management.

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews with clients to gather information regarding their mental health history and presenting issues, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders.
• Lead couples counseling sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and nurturing healthy relationship dynamics.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication patterns, addressing systemic family issues, and promoting positive family interactions.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that outline therapy goals, interventions, and expected outcomes for each client, refining these plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Provide timely support to clients experiencing acute distress or crisis situations, ensuring immediate access to appropriate resources and interventions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records—including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant documentation—to support effective treatment outcomes and compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and consistent care for clients.
• Uphold professional ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality, informed consent, and appropriate boundaries in all client interactions.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients come to us with a range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. Our approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique experiences and crafting personalized treatment pathways that foster healing and growth.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating capability in individual and group therapy.
• Current licensure as a Counselor in the state of Arizona, including successful completion of required licensing examinations.
• Proven proficiency in a variety of counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective engagement and rapport-building with clients.
• Cultural competency and a respectful approach to understanding diverse backgrounds and experiences among clients.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, including comfort with virtual therapy platforms and remote counseling ethics.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) or experience in crisis intervention.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in community outreach initiatives or workshops that promote mental well-being.
