Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying key concerns and formulating clinical diagnoses to guide treatment.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, addressing clients’ goals and needs while facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, employing swift and effective strategies to ensure their safety and immediate well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in full compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care and holistic support to our clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy through ongoing professional development, training sessions, and workshops.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
