You will operate within a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you. • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and client interactions while complying with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with schools and other agencies to provide integrated care, responding to client crises promptly and effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure the delivery of the latest therapeutic techniques and adhere to best practices in mental health counseling.

Our counseling services target a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. We focus on addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Our therapists play a critical role in empowering clients to achieve better mental health and improve their quality of life.

• A master’s level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and valid professional license in the state of Texas, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, permitting independent practice.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical psychotherapy to adults and adolescents.
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments, formulating treatment plans, and utilizing effective therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
• A clean disciplinary record with no sanctions or complaints lodged against your license in any jurisdiction.

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience in school-based mental health programs will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities beyond CBT will also be beneficial.
