Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic, supportive team. Our telehealth setting eliminates geographical barriers for patients, enabling us to reach diverse populations in Gilbert, Arizona, and beyond. You’ll utilize various telehealth platforms and tools to engage with clients effectively and maintain a consistent standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify their unique needs.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based methodologies that cater to the identified requirements of each client.
• Manage all necessary documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations within defined deadlines to facilitate streamlined client care.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety and relapse prevention strategies, and wellness frameworks to support clients in maintaining stability in their daily lives.
• Create and implement individualized discharge plans, ensuring a smooth transition out of therapy for clients.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and NEHS regulations to ensure compliance and the delivery of secure mental health services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement through training and continuing education.
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate and share insights with colleagues.
• Complete all state-mandated licensing and clinical training requirements to maintain your professional credentials.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Radiant Life Counseling Center, you will primarily serve diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We emphasize culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the State of Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent therapeutic care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy is highly desirable, and familiarity with various online therapy platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health issues will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional benefits include:
