Job description

RelaDyne is seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle Driver recruiting strategy and execution across multiple business units and geographic regions. This role will develop and implement talent acquisition programs designed to attract, engage, and hire top talent across CDL/transportation, operations, manufacturing, technical, and corporate functions.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to support workforce planning, build talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for both strategic talent acquisition and recruiting team development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting plans.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, including CDL/driver and transportation roles.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting resources.
  • Establish recruiting KPIs and reporting to measure time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Oversee sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding.
  • Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with colleges, technical schools, military transition programs, workforce organizations, and external recruiting partners.
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve interviewing and selection practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO and OFCCP requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the ATS and other recruiting technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased recruiting efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
  • 1-3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiters/recruiting teams.
  • Experience leading a recruiting team responsible for CDL driver/transportation recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including operations, sales, technical, engineering, supply chain, transportation, and corporate roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, recruiting technology, and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, energy, chemical, lubricant, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, rapid growth, or multi-location recruiting.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and affirmative action planning.
  • Experience using recruiting analytics and workforce data to drive decisions.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Talent Acquisition certification.
