This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborative case discussions. Given the outpatient nature of our practice in Forest Grove, Oregon, therapists will engage with clients in a warm and inviting digital environment, ensuring accessibility and comfort for those seeking support.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in alignment with department policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to communicate patient progress, needs, and any potential issues that require attention.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments, integrating insights from the healthcare team.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering assessment and intervention to address emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.
• Consult with family members or support systems regarding treatment progress and assist with discharge planning when necessary.

Our client base primarily includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds coping with various emotional and behavioral issues. By employing a holistic and inclusive approach, you'll address concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma, shaping individualized treatment plans that lead to successful outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse caseload of clients.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple client needs efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office products, to facilitate documentation and communication.

Experience working with a wide range of patient demographics and various therapeutic modalities is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is also advantageous, as we prioritize quality virtual care delivery.
