As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor at Brightpath, you will have the freedom to work from your own space while remaining connected to an energetic team of professionals dedicated to client success. You will engage in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and improving patient care strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that address anxiety, trauma, depression, and executive functioning challenges.
• Optional: Facilitate group therapy sessions, couples counseling, or family therapy, customizing sessions based on client dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create integrated treatment plans that address the behavioral, physical, and psychosocial aspects of patient care.

Our diverse client base comprises individuals struggling with various mental health issues, including attention-deficit disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. You'll work with a wide range of age groups, from children to adults, making your role crucial in fostering mental wellness within our community. Your ability to build rapport with clients will play a vital role in facilitating their journey towards improved emotional health.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active Oregon LPC license held for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrating your commitment to the profession.
• Proven experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Familiarity with health psychology and its applications in clinical settings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document clinical notes in a clear and concise manner.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience. Brightpath offers a robust benefits package, including:
