Job description

ITG Communications is hiring for Contractor Services Coordinator in Remote
Purpose: The Contractor Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the onboarding, compliance tracking, and administrative needs of subcontractor partners. This role ensures that contractor documentation, credentials, and system access are accurate and up to date, helping maintain readiness and compliance across the contractor network.
Responsibilities
• Collect and track contractor documentation such as W-9s, insurance certificates, licenses, and safety certifications
• Maintain contractor files in internal systems, ensuring timely updates and renewals
• Assist in onboarding processes by sending forms, verifying submissions, and providing system access
• Respond to contractor inquiries regarding compliance status, onboarding steps, or required documents
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues or escalate delays
• Support periodic audits by gathering and organizing contractor records
• Generate reports and status summaries for leadership
• Help update contractor tracking logs, templates, and SOPs
• Other administrative or support duties as assigned
Key Measures / Key Performance Indicators:
• Completion rate of contractor onboarding within required timeframes
• Accuracy and currency of contractor records
• Timeliness in responding to contractor inquiries
• Internal compliance with documentation standards
• Support staff productivity and data integrity
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
• 1-2 years in administrative, compliance, or vendor coordination role

Exposure:
• Regular interaction with subcontractors and internal teams (Legal, Operations, Safety, Fleet) • Collaboration with Contractor Services Supervisor and other support staff
