Job description

Aeologic Technologies is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, coordinate shipments and transportation activities, and help improve supply-chain efficiency for our clients and internal operations.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of transportation, inventory, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, and logistics technology. This role will also support Aeologic's technology-driven logistics initiatives involving automation, IoT, RFID, AI, fleet tracking, and supply-chain visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day transportation and logistics activities.
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, carriers, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and transportation costs.
  • Work with warehouses and vendors to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Track inventory and resolve shipping, delivery, and fulfillment issues.
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve logistics processes.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, transportation cost, order accuracy, and service levels.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Support route planning, fleet tracking, and shipment visibility initiatives.
  • Help implement logistics automation and technology solutions.
  • Support the use of TMS, WMS, ERP, RFID, IoT, and analytics tools to improve operations.
  • Ensure logistics activities follow company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of shipping, warehousing, inventory, and transportation processes.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or supply-chain management platforms.
