This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Proofreading Specialist & SEO Writer in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to create impactful, high-quality content for a fast-growing digital platform focused on home, design, and lifestyle inspiration. You will be responsible for crafting engaging articles in Greek while ensuring linguistic accuracy, editorial consistency, and strong SEO performance. Working in a fully remote and flexible environment, you will collaborate with an international content team to optimize content quality and audience engagement. The position combines creative writing, proofreading, and search optimization, making it ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for storytelling and digital publishing. You will contribute directly to expanding audience reach and strengthening content visibility across Greek-speaking markets. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic and rapidly evolving global environment.

Accountabilities
  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized content in Greek for digital publishing platforms focused on home, living, and lifestyle topics.
  • Proofread and edit articles to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and alignment with editorial guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and audience reach.
  • Collaborate with content and editorial teams to review creative processes and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all written materials while adapting content to audience preferences and market trends.
  • Perform independent research to produce informative and compelling articles tailored to target readers.
  • Support ongoing content optimization initiatives to improve engagement and search performance.
Requirements
  • Near-native or fluent proficiency in Greek with excellent written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in content writing, journalism, copywriting, blogging, or creative writing roles.
  • Strong proofreading and editing capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO principles, keyword integration, and digital content optimization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
