Job Summary

DigiHyre is seeking a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support our business development and operational teams with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and documentation. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across teams and time zones
  2. Handle email correspondence and route requests to the right people
  3. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
