How do remote event planners effectively coordinate with vendors and clients in a virtual environment?

Remote event planners rely heavily on digital communication tools such as video conferencing, project management platforms, and collaborative documents to stay connected with vendors and clients. Building clear timelines, setting regular check-ins, and keeping detailed records help ensure everyone is aligned, even when working across different time zones. Developing strong written and verbal communication skills is essential, as much of the planning, problem-solving, and negotiation happen virtually.
