About the Role
As a Remote Leadership & Professional Development Consultant, you'll engage with professionals interested in personal growth and leadership development while working within an established consulting framework.
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Conducting virtual conversations focused on leadership and professional development.
  • Communicating with prospective clients using Zoom, LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
  • Providing information about professional development resources and programs.
  • Following established systems, onboarding procedures, and operational processes.
  • Managing your own schedule and daily workflow.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and team training sessions.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in professionals who bring strong interpersonal skills and a background in education or learning environments.
