• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care that caters to each student's circumstances.
• Provide clear and compassionate explanations of diagnoses and treatment options to students and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the educational setting.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans that incorporate students' goals, preferences, and feedback, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Assist students in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, providing advocacy to uphold their rights and meet their needs effectively.

This role primarily serves students in educational settings, ranging from elementary to high school. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program is essential.
