• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions for clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during video chats.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapy techniques to assist clients in addressing their mental health challenges.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each client’s unique needs.
• Help clients cultivate self-awareness as they explore their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of sessions within our streamlined digital platform to ensure efficient administrative processes.
• Stay updated on mental health trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

The therapist will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns. Our client population may include individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management challenges. By providing tailored strategies, your work will play a critical role in helping clients achieve personal growth, resilience, and improved overall well-being.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A fully active, independent mental health professional license is required, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses, and a clean disciplinary record is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms is a must to succeed in this remote environment.

Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly valued, along with familiarity in using digital health tools for effective client engagement. Knowledge and application of various therapeutic modalities will give you an advantage in various client cases.
