Within your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video chat to help clients address and improve their mental health concerns.
• Facilitating discussions that allow clients to express their emotions and experiences, aiding them in developing self-insight and awareness.
• Acting as an advocate for your clients while assisting them in setting and achieving their personal mental health goals.
• Evaluating clients' mental health conditions and crafting personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based approaches and your clinical expertise.

You will be working with a select group of clients who are pre-screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity needs. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

• Full licensure by the state board, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Accepted licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
