• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused brief therapy while addressing individual, group, and family dynamics.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and peer-support staff, to offer coordinated, holistic care.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, applying both your skills and empathetic understanding.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.

The clients you will serve belong to diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with varying degrees of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will provide an opportunity to deepen your cultural competence and adapt therapeutic approaches that resonate with various communities.

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity necessary for effective engagement with various populations.
• Strong organizational skills, adeptness in time management, and a commitment to accurate documentation.

The compensation structure for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and qualifications.
