Utilizing telehealth technology, you will connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring you can provide therapy, assessments, and support effectively. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients dealing with a range of issues, including substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, and family dynamics.
• Document all patient interactions, including histories, assessments, treatment outcomes, and recommendations, to maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Facilitate referrals and link families to community-based resources to enhance their support systems and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health conditions and related challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, sharing insights about clients’ psychosocial stressors to foster a holistic approach to care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including families navigating complex issues such as domestic violence, mental health disparities, and the aftermath of trauma. By addressing the unique challenges faced by these individuals, you will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes and empower clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapy and counseling services to a varied client base, with familiarity in trauma-informed care approaches.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a community or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and effective therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with clients in crisis, particularly in remote settings.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
