• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students, developing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused interventions, to support individual and family mental health needs.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and support student success.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality care.
• Empower clients and their families by providing education on mental health, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health practices, integrating new findings into your clinical work.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse student population facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your work will directly contribute to their emotional well-being, academic performance, and overall personal development. By employing solution-based therapeutic strategies, you will help students set and achieve their mental health goals, equipping them with tools for lifelong resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy, particularly in diverse settings.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience working in a school environment or with children and adolescents is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is advantageous.
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution within educational settings.

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
