• Conduct flexible and compassionate individual therapy sessions with clients through video chat, employing ethical practices that prioritize their well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address diverse issues effectively, fostering individual growth and healing.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique history, needs, and goals, revisiting these plans regularly to monitor progress.
• Facilitate client insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, aiding them in understanding and coping with their challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Applicants with provisional or limited licenses are not eligible.
• Proven track record free from disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach towards clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapy platform and manage client interactions efficiently.
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is advantageous.
