• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on emotional and psychological support for a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Utilize assessment tools, conversational techniques, and observational skills to identify client issues and develop effective treatment plans.
• Help clients establish personal goals and actionable steps to achieve improved mental health.
• Engage clients in expressing their thoughts and feelings, facilitating discussions around their experiences.
• Employ a solution-focused approach to guide clients towards achieving their desired outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and administer minimal paperwork to streamline the counseling process.

The clients you will work with include individuals who are generally stable and classified as low acuity, thereby ensuring that you can apply your expertise in a manner that promotes healing and growth. All clients are pre-screened for suitability prior to their sessions, allowing you to concentrate on their therapeutic needs without the burden of acquiring new clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an active and independent license from the state, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC.
• A strong ability to evaluate client situations and make informed decisions about treatment options.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create supportive therapeutic relationships.
• Competence with digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions effectively.

• Experience in counseling or therapy with a focus on individual treatment plans is preferred.
• Prior experience working in a remote capacity would be beneficial to understand virtual client dynamics.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus and are paid weekly through direct deposit.
