What We Expect
We are looking for a part-time dynamic and professional Front Desk Customer Service individual. The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing attitude, excellent customer service skills, proficient in the safe and effective use of gym equipment, willingness to pitch in to accomplish departmental goals and foresight to see what needs to be done and the ambition to do it.
In turn, you will be provided with flexible working hours, state-of-the-art equipment and facility, and a supportive team, managers, and members. This is a part-time, on-site position requiring availability during evenings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Customer Service member at Dunwoody Country Club, you will:
- Greet members by name upon arrival & departure of the fitness floor
- to ensure safe and effective training sessions tailored to client goals and abilities.
- Maintain and clean fitness floor and equipment, wash and fold towels, and other duties as assigned or needed to maintain a clean and safe environment for our members and guests.
- Offer assistance to members and answer questions regarding equipment, operational issues, and workouts.
- Promote wellness programs including but not limited to: Personal Training, Massage, Group Exercise Classes, Physical Therapy and Charity Events.
- Walk regularly through the gym to interact with members.
- Schedule and conduct new member orientations.
- Enforce Center rules (age limit, cell phone, etc.).
Additional Information
This is a part-time, on-site position requiring availability during evenings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is essential. Applicants who do not live within a reasonable commuting distance should plan to relocate to the area prior to their start date.
