• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique challenges and treatment goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance client care and address complex mental health needs.
• Engage and support clients’ families through education and involvement, helping them understand the therapeutic process and their role in support.
• Maintain thorough records of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations set forth by licensing boards.
