This role is fully remote, providing a telehealth setting that allows therapists to connect with clients through secure online platforms. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients’ objectives, adjusting strategies as needed to foster optimal outcomes.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other practices as preferred.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that technical aspects do not hinder client experience.
• Offer crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to stay updated with the latest mental health best practices.

Your work with us will primarily involve adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our client populations are diverse in background and experience, presenting an enriching opportunity for therapists to employ a variety of therapeutic modalities while learning about different life experiences.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage therapy schedules and documentation.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience providing therapy in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities, particularly evidence-based practices.

• Competitive salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, dependent on caseload, experience, and client engagement.
