Learning Management System (LMS) Manager

Your Impact 
The Learning Management System (LMS) Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Crunch's Learning Management System (Docebo). This role ensures the LMS's integrity, performance, governance, and continuous improvement while supporting the organization's evolving learning and business needs. Serving as Crunch's internal Docebo expert, the LMS Manager oversees system configuration, reporting, integrations, issue resolution, and platform enhancements. This individual partners with business leaders to develop scalable LMS solutions, drive learner engagement, and support the network-wide course completion KPI of 80% or higher. 
This document defines the essential responsibilities, qualifications, and performance measures for the LMS Manager role. It is intended to be read alongside the full job description. 
Essential Job Responsibilities
LMS Strategy & Administration 
  • Manage the administration, governance, performance, and ongoing development of the Docebo LMS. 
  • Collaborate across internal stakeholders and the franchise network to drive LMS adoption, share training updates, and maintain alignment between learning programs and organizational objectives. 
  • Directly manage the Crunch Connected Administrator position overseeing day-to-day LMS operations. 
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for LMS functionality, configuration, reporting, integrations, and best practices. 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable LMS solutions and evaluate the impact of organizational and system changes. 
  • Ensure LMS structure supports acquisitions, new club openings, ownership changes, and organizational restructures. 
  • Monitor system integrations and ensure proper testing, validation, and reconciliation of data and processes. 
  • Act as the escalation point for complex LMS issues involving multiple systems, integrations, or data sources. 
  • Maintain relationships with LMS vendors and oversee LMS-related contracts, invoices, and support needs. 
Reporting & Analytics 
  • Lead LMS reporting strategy, including advanced analytics and dashboard development. 
  • Define business requirements and reporting logic for complex organizational and historical reporting needs. 
  • Manage governance and accuracy of monthly course completion reporting, leaderboards, and recognition programs. 
  • Monitor completion rates and learner engagement, driving initiatives that improve network-wide performance. 
System Optimization & Continuous Improvement 
  • Recommend and implement enhancements that improve scalability, efficiency, reporting, data quality, and user experience. 
  • Stay current on Docebo capabilities, updates, and LMS industry trends. 
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance standards for LMS processes and projects. 
  • Support engagement initiatives, including homepage improvements, communications, and gamification efforts. 
Team Leadership 
  • Provide direction, coaching, and development for the Crunch Connected Admin. 
  • Establish priorities, delegate responsibilities, and support knowledge transfer and escalation management. 
  • Serve as a key contributor on cross-functional initiatives. 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on Docebo LMS administration experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of LMS administration, including users, learning plans, groups, branches, roles, enrollments, reporting, and integrations. 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and develop scalable solutions. 
  • Strong data and reporting acumen with the ability to analyze insights, track performance, and adapt to evolving business priorities. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to assess risk and downstream impact when implementing system changes. 
  • Self-motivated and curious, with the ability to independently solve problems and communicate issues proactively. 
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience supporting large user populations and distributed organizations. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dropbox.

  • Platform stability, uptime, and governance of the Docebo LMS across the franchise network. 
  • Timeliness and accuracy of LMS structure updates supporting acquisitions, new club openings, and organizational changes. 
  • Vendor relationship health, including timely resolution of contract, invoice, and support issues. 
Reporting & Analytics 
  • Network-wide course completion rate against the 80%+ KPI. 
  • Accuracy and timeliness of monthly course completion reporting, leaderboards, and recognition programs. 
  • Quality and adoption of dashboards and advanced analytics delivered to stakeholders. 
System Optimization & Continuous Improvement 
  • Delivery and impact of platform enhancements on scalability, efficiency, and user experience. 
  • Currency and completeness of SOPs and governance documentation. 
Team Leadership 
  • Crunch Connected Admin performance and development against expectations. 
  • Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration on shared initiatives.
