Job description

Our mission is to provide modernized technology platforms, elevated technology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best.
Desktop Publishers work with Photoshop, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other applications to edit, modify, and manipulate images, videos, graphics, and create presentations. The hours of this role are 10PM to 7AM EST / Monday through Friday.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Intakes jobs from clients and enter them into our proprietary workflow tracking tool;
  • Work within template formats and Word styles to create guest books, pitchbooks, and PIBs (Public Information Books);
  • Create MS PowerPoint presentations for internal/external clients;
  • Create custom templates;
  • Clean up poor quality images and recreate logos;
  • Prepares renderings, charts and graphs;
  • Proofread for accuracy and ensure client request was completed in its entirety;
  • Communicate with document processing, creative, or print teams to accomplish client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator/Publisher/Presentation Specialist within a legal, marketing, or investment bank department;
  • Must be an expert in the Microsoft Office Suite package;
  • A solid knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo and CorelDraw or Illustrator is preferred, but may be learned on the job;
  • Candidates may need to provide samples of work product;
  • Must have strong customer service and client interaction skills;
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, listening well to client instructions and following through on the completion of all requests;
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work independently at a good pace;
  • Must possess willingness and ability to learn new skills.

The Compensation range for this role is 27.00 to 30.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
