  • Identify underperforming territories or rep relationships and recommend corrective actions, territory realignment, or replacement when necessary.
Dealer Development and Customer Engagement
  • Strengthen relationships with key RiverRun dealers and support reps in managing high-value accounts.
  • Partner with reps to improve dealer onboarding, product knowledge, showroom presence, and confidence in selling RiverRun Cabinetry.
  • Support dealer training programs, product launches, promotional initiatives, and field visits that improve dealer engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Use customer feedback, sales data, and account history to identify accounts at risk, growth accounts, and opportunities for targeted support.
  • Represent RiverRun professionally at trade shows, dealer meetings, rep meetings, customer visits, and industry events.

  • Prior responsibility for national or multi-state sales coverage.
  • Experience working in a growth-oriented manufacturing environment.

  • Relationship-driven, while still willing to set expectations and address performance gaps.
