• Conduct individualized assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and goals, using standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their feedback and adjusting as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the specific challenges faced by your client population.
• Champion interdisciplinary collaboration by engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care, share insights, and develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance standards, maintaining professional integrity and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The clients in our outpatient therapy program often face a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. You will work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including those transitioning back into the workforce or seeking to enhance their coping mechanisms. • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, with an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of ethics and legal considerations within the field of counseling, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and digital communication platforms to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions.
• A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly valued.
• Familiarity with treatment for dual diagnoses or trauma-informed care approaches is a plus.
• Knowledge of cultural competency in mental health care, enabling you to effectively support a diverse clientele.
