• Conduct thorough assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish effective pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Document all interactions and treatment milestones in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely updates to client records.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to support clinical evaluations and enhance care delivery.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining adherence to industry standards.
• Serve as a liaison to local and state agencies as well as community partners, fostering relationships that benefit clients.
• Establish clear communication channels to ensure continuity of care and support the mission and values of Positive Harmony Pathways.
• Engage with external stakeholders to promote agency programs, identify funding opportunities, and build new partnerships.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through participation in conferences and training sessions relevant to mental health care.
• Model agency values and philosophies in all interactions, contributing positively to the team environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

• A Master’s Degree in a related mental health field is required.
