Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Scripps Health Recovery, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans that address the individual goals and preferences of clients.
  • Providing effective counseling and therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing methodologies and techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and coordinate treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This diverse client base will require a compassionate approach, as therapists will address everything from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues, aiding clients in navigating their emotional landscapes.

Qualifications

To qualify for this impactful role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in California.

Compensation and Benefits
