• Conduct thorough assessments with new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and backgrounds, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusted for each client’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment to foster open communication and healing.
• Monitor client progress consistently by integrating behavioral methods and adapting strategies as necessary to aid in the clients' development and enhance their overall well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans via our electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational confidentiality standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and education to stay updated with the latest practices in mental health treatment and to enhance your skills and effectiveness as a clinician.

Your client base will include individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will work with diverse populations, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs while considering cultural and social factors that may impact their mental health. Your approach will not only emphasize treatment but also prevention, helping clients build resilience and coping mechanisms for the future.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong empathetic nature that allows you to connect effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred, as our team utilizes these systems to streamline care and documentation.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, utilizing digital platforms for client therapy and assessment.
• Knowledge of contemporary behavioral health practices and therapeutic modalities that enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Participation in continuing education courses focused on the latest developments in mental health interventions.

The position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
