Are you a talented pet groomer who is tired of salon drama, constant overbooking, and outdated equipment?

At Zoomin Groomin SW Cobb, we believe professional groomers deserve respect, appreciation, flexibility, and top-tier earning potential. We're a growing team of five dedicated to building the premier mobile pet grooming service in Southwest Cobb and surrounding Atlanta areas.

Our groomers work independently from fully equipped luxury mobile grooming vans (battery powered - no generators!), allowing them to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional dog and cat grooming services while building lasting relationships with loyal clients. We offer a professional, supportive work environment without the interruptions, chaos, or micromanagement often found in traditional grooming salons.

  • 50% commission-based pay structure, Weekly W-2 Pay

Responsibilities
  • Perform full-service dog grooming independently from start to finish. Cat grooming is an extra bonus!
  • Complete breed-standard and customized precision haircuts for Doodles, Goldendoodles, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, Poodles, Maltese, Airedales, and other breeds
  • Provide bathing, brushing, de-shedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning, blowouts, and styling services
  • Safely handle pets using low-stress grooming techniques
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication with pet parents
  • Build long-term relationships with recurring clients
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and fully stocked mobile grooming salon
  • Manage daily appointments with MoeGo, schedules, and driving routes efficiently
  • Represent the Zoomin Groomin brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Cleaning van and keeping all equipment sterilized and presentable

QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional pet grooming experience
  • Ability to confidently groom dogs independently in a timely manner
  • Strong scissoring, hand-finishing, styling, and breed-specific grooming skills
  • Excellent animal handling and pet safety knowledge
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and professional
  • Experience managing appointments and routes independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
  • Mobile pet grooming experience (not required)
  • Cat grooming experience
