• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews, observations, and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each client, employing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing various modalities to address diverse client needs and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Document treatment progress meticulously in electronic health records (EHR), adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality.
• Engage actively in continuing education and training sessions to remain abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, understanding their unique perspectives, cultural backgrounds, and specific needs. Your contributions will play a significant role in helping clients navigate their mental wellness journey and achieve lasting change.

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, which enhances operational efficiency in client management.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, providing tailored approaches to therapy.
• Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic approaches or modalities is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
