• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments for a diverse client base to inform individualized therapy plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Implement client-specific behavioral strategies to promote psychological well-being and encourage progress toward treatment goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on the latest psychological practices and techniques.

The clients you will work with encompass a wide spectrum of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, your ability to build rapport and trust is critical to facilitating their journeys towards recovery and improved mental wellness. You will advocate for each client’s unique needs, ensuring personalized care that nurtures their mental health and emotional resilience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• At least two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid track record of therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems is advantageous.

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant clinical experience, candidates with advanced training in specialized therapy techniques or experience working with specific populations (such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors) will be considered favorably. Experience in a remote work environment is also beneficial.

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
