Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and establish personalized therapy plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and personal growth.
  • Employ behavioral interventions aimed at fostering client development, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress through our electronic medical record system to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or closely related fields.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
  • At least two years of experience working in a mental health clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and prioritize client needs.
Preferred Experience
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, as it provides advanced theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to enhance documentation and communication processes.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and culturally competent practices.
Compensation and Benefits
