Position Title: Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect
Location: [Hybrid Remote]
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture across multiple global business units. This role owns end-to-end solution design, integration strategy, DevOps governance, and performance scalability from pilot through General Availability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global Salesforce architecture
  • Define scalable design patterns for high-volume, multi-BU environments.
  • Govern CI/CD and release strategy using Copado and AWS CodeCommit.
  • Engineer for Large Data Volumes (LDV) and complex sharing models.
  • Provide architectural oversight for LWC, Apex Enterprise Patterns, and asynchronous processing.
  • Establish technical governance, code review standards, and feasibility assessments to minimize technical debt.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years Salesforce experience; 3+ years in Architect capacity.
  • Deep Service Cloud expertise.
  • Strong integration architecture experience.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD governance.
  • Proven experience designing for LDV and global implementations.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (Application/System Architect).
