Senior Sales Executive (Remote) Law Firm Growth and Transformation

Location: Remote (Must reside in: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure OTE)

Stop "Pitching." Start Closing with the Truth.

Are you an elite closer who thrives in high-stakes environments? Do you love the hunt and the rewards of a commission-driven structure, but find yourself bored by "standard" sales roles?

How to Manage a Small Law Firm (HTM) is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who understands that the most effective way to close a deal is to be the only person in the room brave enough to tell the truth. We aren't looking for a "pitchman." We are looking for a Decision Guidea professional who can lead an entrepreneurial law firm owner through a diagnostic breakthrough and move them to action.

The Mission: Drive Revenue through Radical Candor

This is a consultative, high-ticket enrollment role. You will be responsible for the full sales cyclefrom initial discovery to the final "yes."

  • Lead the Discovery: Conduct deep-dive sessions to uncover the revenue gaps, failure patterns, and bottlenecks holding a firm back.
  • Diagnose & Close: Use your expertise to determine if HTM is the solution. If it is, you are expected to lead the prospect to a firm decision and enrollment.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Maintain absolute discipline with CRM usage and lead management. You win through structured follow-up and relentless pursuit of qualified leads.
  • Generate Impact: Drive enrollments into our 5-Week Virtual Bootcamp and Membership programs.
The Profile: A Hunter with a Consultant's Mindset

This role is for the 1% of sales professionals who treat selling as a professional service. You are motivated by your commission check, but you are driven by the "win" of a perfectly diagnosed fit.

You Are a Strong Fit If You:

  • Are Motivated by Upside: You want a base for stability, but you live for the uncapped commission that comes with high-performance closing.
  • Embrace Productive Tension: You don't back down when the conversation gets difficult. You can navigate talks about money, failure, and ego with total composure.
  • Are a Self-Starter: You don't need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone. You own your desk and your results.
  • Practice Radical Candor: You have the integrity to tell a prospect they aren't a fitand the skill to close the ones who are.
Your Professional DNA
  • 12+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in high-ticket sales, executive recruiting, or business advisory (specifically working with small to mid-sized business owners).
  • Sales Mastery: You understand the psychology of the close and the mechanics of a long-cycle, high-value sale.
  • Ownership Mindset: You believe that growth requires accountability, both for yourself and for the prospects you advise.
Why Join HTM?

We've been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list every year since 2013. We are a fast-growing, values-driven company with a strict No A-Holes policy.

  • Financial Reward: Competitive base salary + aggressive performance-based commission.
  • Top-Tier Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Future-Proof: 401(k) with company match.
  • Freedom: Unlimited PTO + a paid week off at Thanksgiving.
  • Autonomy: Fully remote work environment with a high-performance culture.

The Bottom Line: We don't pitch. We help people decide. If you're a Senior Sales Executive ready for a role where your income reflects your ability to drive real-world decisions, we want to talk.
