As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address client-specific challenges.
• Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and relevant professional standards while accurately documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health records system.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review sessions to discuss treatment strategies and enhance the quality of care for our patients.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying informed of the latest clinical practices and research developments in mental health to continually improve your service delivery.

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health disorders. Our clientele often experiences anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues, and your role will be instrumental in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve positive mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and a commitment to evidenced-based practice.
