Location: Kirkland, WA (Focusing on the Totem Lake / High-Density Residential areas) Compensation: Competitive Hourly + Commission/Performance Bonus per Enrollment
The Opportunity

Are you a local educator, PTA leader, or community advocate who is "in the know" when it comes to Kirklands families? Code Ninjas Kirkland is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to be the face of our Dojo.
We dont just teach kids how to code; we teach them how to think. Your mission is to connect with parents of children ages 514 and show them how our "fun-first" curriculumbuilt around games like Roblox and Minecraftcan change their childs future.
The Role (Flexible & Relationship-Driven)

This isnt a desk job. You will be out in the Kirkland community, building bridges and creating opportunities.
  • School & PTA Liaison: Develop deep relationships with Lake Washington School District elementary and middle schools to coordinate STEM nights and after-school partnerships.
  • Grassroots Networking: Engage with local parenting groups, sports leagues, and community centers to build brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation: Generate excitement and capture leads at local events, school fairs, and neighborhood gatherings.
  • Strategic Growth: Focus on the high-density residential areas surrounding our convenient Kirkland location to ensure we are the "go-to" spot for local families.
Who You Are

  • Connected: You have an existing network within the Kirkland/Eastside school or youth community.
  • The "Educator" Mindset: You understand how to talk to parents about developmental milestones and the importance of technical literacy.
  • Results-Oriented: You are motivated by a base hourly rate plus a performance bonus for every lead you bring in that converts to a "White Belt" signup.
  • Flexible: You love a schedule that isn't 9-to-5. Youre happy to pop into a school event on a Tuesday afternoon or a community festival on a Saturday morning.
Why Work for Code Ninjas Kirkland?

  • Impact: You are giving kids the tools to become creators, not just consumers, of technology.
  • Convenience: Our center is located in a high-growth, high-density area of Kirkland, making it an easy "yes" for the parents you meet.
  • Culture: Join a team that is passionate about "Kids Have Fun, Parents See Results." We provide the training and materials; you provide the local spark.
  • Growth: As a brand-new franchise, you will play a pivotal role in our launch and success, with rewards that grow as our enrollment does.

Flexible work from home options available.
